INTRODUCTION

These legal agreements of sale are concluded between the seller (see imprint) and any person wishing to make a purchase through this website, following the buyer. By confirming the order, the customer agrees with the entirety of these terms and conditions, and declares having the capacity to enter into a contract with the seller.

1 - PURPOSE

These conditions of sale define the contractual relationship between the seller and the buyer and the conditions applicable to all purchases made through this website. These conditions shall prevail over any other general or special conditions not specifically approved by the seller. The seller reserves the right to change its terms and conditions at any time without notice. Conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

2 - CHARACTERISTICS OF GOODS AND SERVICES OFFERED

The products offered are those presented on this website and are accompanied by a detailed description. These products are offered subject to availability and as long as they are visible on the site. In case of unavailability of a product after placing the order, the seller shall inform the buyer by email. The buyer can return by mail within 7 business days to cancel the order without any debit being made. After 7 days the order will be canceled.

3 - PRICES

Price extras on this Website exclude taxes (VAT) and processing fees and transportation that are applied and detailed in the order. Given that the seller has an auto entrepreneur status, VAT is not applicable (art.293 B of the CGI). The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products are billed based on rates in effect at the time of validation of the order subject to availability. PRODUCTS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF THE SELLER UNTIL FULL PAYMENT. For orders from countries outside the euro zone (eg Switzerland), taxes and customs fees may be applied upon receipt of the parcel and are not included in the sales price.

4 - ORDERS

A buyer who wishes to buy a product online via the website must follow the online ordering process which includes an identification phase, a checking and validation of selected products, a payment phase under the terms stipulated above and a confirmation of the order and payment phase. The placing of the order implies full acceptance of these conditions of sale, recognizing having full knowledge of them and renouncing the use of his own terms of purchase or other terms. All data recorded and confirmed are proof of the transaction. The seller will send an email to confirm the registered order which will constitute acceptance of the order.

5 - PAYMENT

Payment is required at the time of ordering.

6 - DELIVERY

Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order within the geographical limits specified above. RISKS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER SINCE THE ORDER HAS LEFT THE PREMISES OF THE SELLER. Any objection relating to a damage sustained during transport must be made ​​by a motivated claim, a copy will be sent by registered mail to the seller, with the carrier within three days of delivery. Delivery times are given for guidance only and include treatment, transport and shipping. The purchaser has a right of cancellation in case of delay exceeding 7 days, refund products and operating costs are made after receipt of complete order in its original condition. The seller cannot be legally held responsible for a breach of contract due to force majeure or natural disaster (strike, fire, flood...).

7 - RETURN

Non-professional buyers benefit from a cooling off period of fourteen days after the delivery of their order to return (the shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer) the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty. Returns are to be made with original packaging complete and intact (with accessories, manuals ...) for resale in new condition and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice. This right does not apply to neither products that can be reproduce and have been unsealed nor customized products on request.

8 - WARRANTY

All products supplied have the legal guarantee provided by Article 1641 of the Civil Code. In case of non-compliance, it can be returned to the seller who will exchange or refund. All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made in the manner specified on the website, with reasoned complaint and copy of the invoice within thirty days of delivery.

9 - LIABILITY

The seller, in the process of selling online is only bound by an obligation of means. The seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the use of the Internet as data loss, hacking, viruses, break service or other unintended problems and everything called force majeure. The photographs accompanying the products are for illustrative purposes but cannot ensure a perfect similarity particularly regarding the color. In case of doubt or for any additional information, it is advisable to contact the seller.

The seller cannot be held responsible for any misuse of the product sold in accordance with the data in the user guide systematically supplied with the product.

10 - PERSONAL INFORMATION

The personal information is required to manage orders and trade relations. Accordance with the law relating to computers, files and freedoms of January 6^th 1978, the information containing names of buyers may be subject to automated processing. Users have a right to access and correct data concerning them, according to the law of January 6^th 1978.

11 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of this website are and remain the exclusive property of the seller. Only personal and private use is permitted. Any partial or total reproduction of all or part of the material on this site is prohibited.

12 - SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

These general conditions of sale are subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. In case of dispute, French courts will have jurisdiction.
